6 marksANSWERa) F(x)=2e2x−21cos(2x)+27; b) y=79x7−12x−54x−5+c. Worked solution
a) F(x)=2e2x−21cos(2x)+c. Since F(0)=5, 5=2−21+c, so c=27. Therefore F(x)=2e2x−21cos(2x)+27. b) dxdy=(3x3−x32)2=9x6−12+4x−6. Hence y=∫(9x6−12+4x−6)dx=79x7−12x−54x−5+c. correctly integrates the exponential term
